Use these simple steps to check how much gas is in your cylinder:
- Pour boiling water over the side of the cylinder from the top.
- Then wait roughly 10 seconds and then run your hand down the cylinder where you poured the water.
- Where the cylinder changes from warm to cold, that is approximately the gas level.

Make sure the pathway to your LPG bottles is clear so that our delivery team can easily transport your LPG cylinders.
If you have unfriendly pets, ensure they’re locked in a different area.
If you have stairs, let us know if there’s an alternative route for our delivery team to avoid going up the stairs.
Make sure our drivers have somewhere to park. Ensure they have a flat levelled surface so that the drivers can take the cylinders off in a safely matter.
